Call for Abstracts
The abstract Submission deadline is now closed.
The Scientific Program Committee invites you to submit an abstract for consideration in the 2022 Conference Program.
All abstracts for inclusion as an Oral Presentation or Poster will be reviewed and graded by the Committee. Abstracts will be accepted on all subject matter relating to HITH but encouraged where meets the theme of Extending the Reach of HITH and based on one of our sub-themes:
- Women & Children
- Staffing and models of care
- Profile, linkages and engagement

The deadline for Abstract submission has been extended till 10 July 2022, at midnight Australian Eastern Standard Time. You will be sent an acknowledgement via email to confirm that your abstract has been received

Abstracts should be submitted online using the abstract portal. To create your account and begin your abstract submission, please click on the Abstract Submission Portal button below.
When creating your abstract, please refer to that abstract template which can be downloaded below.
Oral and Poster Presentation Guidelines
Abstracts will be accepted for 15 minutes oral or a poster presentation.
Poster authors will be asked to stand by their poster at designated times. Further presentation instructions will be given at that time.

Note: All speakers with an accepted abstract presentation will be required to register and pay for the Conference.
Best Oral Presentation and Best Poster Prizes
The best oral presentation prize will be awarded on the recommendation of the judging panel. To ensure there are no conflicts of interest, panel members are not able to review presentations from their own organisation. Prizes include:
