Our block of rooms at Hilton Adelaide is almost full with only Deluxe Plus rooms available. Multiple rooms are available at ibis and Quest. Bookings are recommended as soon as possible.
Special rates have been negotiated by the secretariat. Accommodation can be booked on the registration form until 6 October 2023.
Please note that the hotels impose strict cancellation policies for accommodation rooms. Rooms cancelled within 30 days of the conference may incur a 100% accommodation cancellation fee, which will be charged directly by the Hotel against your credit card dependent on the individual conditions of the hotel. Please note that the payment for one night or all of your accommodation may be charged by the hotel just after 6 October 2023 to secure the booking, depending on the booking conditions of the property. Details for each property are included below.

Hilton Adelaide
In a modern high-rise overlooking Victoria Square, this upscale hotel is a 3-minute stroll from Adelaide Central Market and a 14-minute walk from Adelaide Station.
The warm rooms offer minibars and flat-screen TVs, as well as sitting areas and work desks. Some quarters feature city or mountain views. Suites add dining areas. Room service is available.
There’s a sleek restaurant, a 1920s-inspired bar with bespoke cocktails, and a lobby lounge. Other amenities include an outdoor pool and a tennis court, along with a jogging track and a fitness room.

ibis Adelaide
This hotel is in a striking modern high-rise offering view of the Adelaide Hills, this sleek hotel in the CBD is a 4-minute walk from the Rundle Mall and 13 minutes’ walk from the conference venue.
Modern, streamlined rooms feature Wi-Fi (fee), flat-screen TVs, and tea and coffeemaking facilities. Upgraded quarters add city views. Room service is offered.
There’s an informal international restaurant/bar with a terrace and street views, plus a gym. A breakfast buffet is available for a surcharge.

Accommodation Terms and COnditions
It is a hotel requirement that all bookings include credit card details. These credit card details will be forwarded to your selected hotel as a guarantee. If you have not done so already, please provide your credit card details to the Conference Secretariat. Please note that the payment for one or multiple night’s accommodation may be charged by the hotel from 6 October 2023 as deposit to secure the booking, depending on the booking conditions of the property. You will be responsible for the balance of your account when checking out from your hotel. Accommodation rates listed above will only be provided to delegates who book through the Conference Secretariat and will not be honoured if booking directly with the hotel.
