Speaker Requirements Form
All oral presenters will need to complete the online speaker requirements form before Friday 30 October 2026. Please view your speaker requirements email to get the link for this online form.

Speaker PPT
There is no set powerpoint that speakers are required to use for their presentation but they must be in 16:9 format.
Poster Presentation Information
Poster presenters have been sent information on the poster number and full guidelines. These are also summarised below.

Poster Presentation Guidelines
Poster Viewing
Posters are to be available for viewing during the majority of the conference. Details are shown on our poster presentation guidelines on put up and take down timings.
Authors are required to submit a PDF version of your poster in advance of the ASM by Friday 30 October 2026. By submitting your PDF you agree to give permission for this to be visible to attendees within the App to all registered delegates and to be uploaded on the Society website for member access. The PDF is required for all who wish to be considered for the poster prize as judges will review prior to the ASM.
