The HITH Society will be recording key sessions and having these available to members post conference but will not be streaming the entire event online. 

Refunds of Conference Registration Fees paid, less a $100.00 AUD administration fee, will be granted until 16 October 2026. Cancellation must be received in writing to the Conference Secretariat before this date. Cancellations received after 16 October 2026 will NOT receive a refund. A replacement delegate can be sent login details with no penalty charged; however, this must also be advised to the Conference Secretariat in writing.

There are no physical tickets for the event. Once you register, you will be sent a confirmation email confirming your registration for the event. All you need to do is show up onsite and collect your registration/name badge.

Discounted registration rates are available to HITH Society Australasia members through the member registration form.
A Student/Trainee registration is also available for full time under graduate students or a trainees in the hospital system.

Yes, you can transfer your registration to a colleague if for some reason you are no longer able to attend. This change request is made in writing to the Conference Secretariat.

No, you cannot share your registration with others.

Full registrations include tickets to the Welcome Reception and Conference Dinner. However, attendance must be advised to the Secretariat in advance of the event.

We do not provide group discounts on registrations and no longer have group registration form.

If you have any special requirements, disability, and/or dietary restrictions that we need to address, please provide these details when registering. If you did not include these details when registering, please email the Conference Secretariat at conference@hithsociety.org.au as soon as possible so they can make the necessary arrangements.

Presentations from speakers who have given access to share, will be available in the HITH Society Member Portal post-event.

If you haven’t received eNewsletters after subscribing to the mailing list or you haven’t received a confirmation letter upon submitting an abstract or registering, please check your junk mail and ask your IT to whitelist the @hithsociety.org.au domain.

By submitting the online registration form for your participation at the HITH ASM, you acknowledge that Concept Event Management will be indefinitely storing your personal information on behalf of the HITH Society Australasia to facilitate your registration for this event and for future communications about the HITH Annual Scientific Meeting. If you do not give consent to share your personal information with the convention organisers, we will not be able to contact you regarding the planning and conduct of the event.

When registering for the Conference, relevant details (name/organisation/position/address/email) will be provided in a delegate list to all sponsors and exhibitors periodically leading up to the event and can be made available through the App. You have the option during the registration process to nominate if you would like your details shared on the delegate list or not.
